Fitness Kickboxing for the Personal Trainer
Module 1 Home Study

Distance education course can be started anytime during the year. Learn “Real” Kickboxing punch, block and kick techniques, combinations designed by a Certified Competitive Kickboxing Coach and CPTN Certified Trainer for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session utilizing focus pads, free standing or stationary heavy bags and partner training. This 4 hour Home-Study package comes with your own copy of the 140 page book, “The Ultimate Fitness Boxing & Kickboxing Workout”, which includes a wide variety of topical information on both general and specific components of fitness, it is professionally detailed with over 300 photographs depicting every punch and kick technique combination. From the warm-up, boxing & kickboxing drills and combinations, strength exercises, abs routine and cool down stretches it is designed to ensure safety and efficiency in planning your client’s personal training session. Your Home-Case Study exam is also included. This home study is an ideal way to perfect your skills if you have already attended the Fitness Kickboxing Canada Instructor workshops or prepare for attending for the full 4 CEC physical workshops or Certification. Upon receipt of your registration and payment, we will mail you your course material and exam which must be completed and returned to Fitness Kickboxing Canada within 60 days of receipt of your home study package. Your exam will then be reviewed and your CEC's sent to you.

Fitness Kickboxing  Instructor – Level 1 Certification

This workshop is designed for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session. Candidates must complete take home theory exam to qualify for certification

Fitness Kickboxing  Instructor – Level 2 Certification
For the Intermediate Trainer/Instructor. Learn “Real” Kickboxing punch and kick techniques as well as actual combinations designed by a Certified Competitive Kickboxing Coach and CPTN Certified Personal Trainer. From the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training, abs routine and cool down stretches. This workshop is designed for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session. Complex multi strike combinations and techniques beyond the basics will be taught in this workshop. The Level 1 Fitness Kickboxing Instructor Course is a prerequisite for this course, NO EXCEPTIONS! Candidates must complete take home theory exam to qualify for certification.

For the ADVANCED Trainer/Instructor. Learn “Real” Kickboxing punch and kick techniques as well as actual combinations designed by a Certified Competitive Kickboxing Coach and CPTN Certified Personal Trainer. From the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, boxing & kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training, abs routine and cool down stretches. This workshop is designed for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session. Complex multi-strike combinations and techniques beyond the basics will be taught in this workshop. The Level 1 2 Fitness Kickboxing Instructor Course is a prerequisite for this course, NO EXCEPTIONS! Candidates must complete take home theory exam to qualify for certification.

Fitness MMA Instructor – Certification

As a coach of a competitive Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) club and personal trainer, I find that 95% of those who come through the door are MMA fans that recognize the benefits of training authentically to improve overall fitness, learn proper self defense and satisfy a passion, but aren’t interested in the full contact competitive side of the sport that occurs in the Octagon. Learn “real” MMA conditioning training, striking techniques, combinations and floor bag-work designed by a Certified Competitive Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Coach and Certified Personal Trainer for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness, ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session. This workshop is specifically designed for you, the trainer, to tap into that market by incorporating authentic MMA drills including rope training, obstacle course, agility training, cardio training, strength training, boxing & kicking focus pad training and ground and pound floor bag work into a rigorous training program format perfect for a specialty class format. Candidates must complete take home theory exam to qualify for Certification

BOOTCAMP CANADA Instructor – Certification
 This certification is designed to be implemented with adult and youth/teen programs in gyms, schools, sports teams and community youth programs. The attractiveness of a The BOOTCAMP CANADA™ program is that adults, teens and youth get a calorie burning cardiovascular & resistance workout that is fun. The program is delivered in circuit format which allows for 15, 20, 30 and 45 minute program options to suit your needs. The circuit incorporate: cardio and resistance partner drills, free body circuits that allow each participant to set their own pace and throw in some basic punch and kick drills for the ultimate bootcamp experience. It is an awesome way to build, cardio, strength, agility, coordination, stamina and enhance mental focus.
