Fitness Kickboxing - Level 1 Instructor's Course
Learn “Real” Kickboxing punch and kick techniques as well as actual combinations designed by a Certified Competitive Kickboxing Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. From the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training, abs routine and cool down stretches. This workshop is designed for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session

Fitness Kickboxing - Level 2 Instructor's Course
For the Intermediate Trainer/Instructor. Learn “Real” Kickboxing punch and kick techniques as well as actual combinations designed by a Certified Competitive Kickboxing Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. From the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training, abs routine and cool down stretches. This workshop is designed for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session. MMA Conditioning Coach- Level 1 Course
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is the newest phenomenon to sweep North America. As a coach of a competitive Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) club and personal trainer, I find that 95% of those who come through the door are MMA fans that recognize the benefits of training authentically to improve overall fitness, learn proper self defense and satisfy a passion, but aren’t interested in the full contact competitive side of the sport that occurs in the Octagon. Cancellations received in writing at least 3 weeks prior to the course date will be charged a $50 (+ Applicable Tax*) cancellation fee.
Refunds will not be issued less than 3 weeks prior to course date.

  • Footwear: clean indoor shoes, cross-trainers, kickboxing shoes, boxing shoes with light tread for foot rotation or bare feet.
  • Wear loose fitting clothing, Track pants, shorts, T shirt or tank top
