BOOTCAMP CANADA - Instructor Certification
This certification is designed to be implemented with adult and youth/teen programs in gyms, schools, sports teams and community youth programs.The attractiveness of a The BOOTCAMP CANADA™ program is that adults, teens and youth get a calorie burning cardiovascular & resistance workout that is fun. The program is delivered in circuit format which allows for 15, 20, 30 and 45 minute program options to suit your needs. The circuit incorporate: cardio and resistance partner drills, free body circuits that allow each participant to set their own pace and throw in some basic punch and kick drills for the ultimate bootcamp experience. It is an awesome way to build, cardio, strength, agility, coordination, stamina and enhance mental focus.

Fitness Kickboxing - Level 1 Instructor's Course
Learn “Real” Kickboxing punch and kick techniques as well as actual combinations designed by a Certified Competitive Kickboxing Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. From the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training, abs routine and cool down stretches. This workshop is designed for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session.
Canidates must compete take home exam to qualify for Certification

Fitness Kickboxing - Level 2 Instructor's Course
For the Intermediate Trainer/Instructor. Learn “Real” Kickboxing punch and kick techniques as well as actual combinations designed by a Certified Competitive Kickboxing Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. Fitness MMA - Level 1 Instructor Course
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is the newest phenomenon to sweep North America. As a coach of a competitive Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) club and personal trainer, I find that 95% of those who come through the door are MMA fans that recognize the benefits of training authentically to improve overall fitness, learn proper self defense and satisfy a passion, but aren’t interested in the full contact competitive side of the sport that occurs in the Octagon. FKCI™ Functional Training Certification
- Level 1 Course

For the past decade functional training techniques used by MMA athletes (minus the combative striking skills) have been used by non-MMA athletes for multi-sport application and preparation for competitions by weekend warriors and recreational athletes. Proper technique and deployment of the drills with tires, heavy ropes, medicine balls, FKCI Bootcamp belts and free body exercises will be demonstrated for your use with clients of all fitness and skill levels. Learn cardio-strength training techniques from warm up to maximum intensity conditioning with and without resistance and reaction to improve stability, agility and athletic performance Learn multi-directional forward, backward, lateral, movement drills along with reaction drills in standing and crawling positions as they apply to multiple sports and boot-camp style format. Combine these drills with innovative group team building drills and you have the ultimate in Functional Multi-Sport Conditioning. This course is not product based and will not require expensive product purchases. No MMA experience required!

Fitness Kickboxing for the Personal Trainer
Module 1 Home Study
Distance education course can be started anytime during the year. Learn “Real” Kickboxing punch, block and kick techniques, combinations designed by a Certified Competitive Kickboxing Coach and Can-Fit-Pro PRO-Trainer for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session utilizing focus pads, free standing or stationary heavy bags and partner training.This 4 hour Home-Study package comes with your own copy of the 140 page book, “The Ultimate Fitness Boxing & Kickboxing Workout”, which includes a wide variety of topical information on both general and specific components of fitness, it is professionally detailed with over 300 photographs depicting every punch and kick technique combination. From the warm-up, boxing & kickboxing drills and combinations, strength exercises, abs routine and cool down stretches it is designed to ensure safety and efficiency in planning your client’s personal training session. Your Home-Case Study exam is also included. This home study is an ideal way to perfect your skills if you have already attended the Fitness Kickboxing Canada Instructor workshops or prepare for attending for the full 4 CEC physical workshops or Certification. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing at least 3 weeks prior to the course date will be charged a $50 (+ Applicable Tax*) cancellation fee.
Refunds will not be issued less than 3 weeks prior to course date.

Course Participant Preparation Instructions

  • Footwear: clean indoor shoes, cross-trainers, kickboxing shoes, boxing shoes with light tread for foot rotation or bare feet.
  • Wear loose fitting clothing, Track pants, shorts, T shirt or tank top
  • Gloves and hand wraps (gloves provided for usage at course)
  • Plenty of Water
  • Towel
  • Pen or pencil for notetaking
