pads you add resistance, improves technique and reduces the likelihood

for impact. It also builds self-confidence and empowerment for ladies
to know they can throw a punch and deliver a kick. The agility component
of the program which involves navigating your way through and obstacle
course of agility ladders, over mini-hurdles, around pylons and other
obstacles is a dynamite way to build, agility, coordination and stamina.
The mental focus of concentrating on the varied footwork patterns enhances
mental focus.

Boot-Camp™” format and structure can be quickly adapted from
an indoor to an outdoor format as all the equipment in very portable.
You can even have the participants carry a piece of equipment as you jog
in platoon formation to your boot-camp location.
All our instructors have completed
The Ultimate "Fighting-Fit" Boot-Camp™” course and
are certified trainers. Instructors and trainers who are certified provide
the clients with the safest most efficient instructions. As in most training
and fitness programs, boot-camp participants can be divided into categories
distinguishing skill and fitness levels: Beginners, Novice, Intermediate
and Advanced. People feel most comfortable when they are working out with
others at their level. There they can be encouraged to do the best they
can do, step out and take a rest when needed and jump back in when they
are ready without feeling like they are holding up the troop. The Ultimate
"Fighting-Fit" Boot-Camp™” is designed adhering
to the principals of fitness related benefits, which usually can be realized
within six to twelve months. The Ultimate "Fighting-Fit" Boot-Camp™”
established certificates of accomplishments and other forms of recognition
for attainment of each level, (beginner, intermediate and advanced) providing
for short and long term establishment in goal-setting over a 3 –
6 + month periods. Goal setting and recognition equates to incentive and
commitment to the workout.
A typical session will begin
with a 5 minute warm-up utilizing agility ropes with simple footwork patterns.
Then move on to a high energy cardio portion with more complex foot patterns,
hurdles and obstacle course format for 15 minutes. This is followed up
with 3 to 4 rounds of kickboxing drills using uncomplicated combinations
to ensure safety and focus on technique. The rounds are structured in
2 to 3 minutes in duration to replicate actual kickboxing rounds, with
the participant enhancing mental focus by concentrating on the various
stress relieving punch & kick combinations. Next we move to the strength
training with the "FKCI On-The-Ropes Training System™”
and "FKCI-Ultimate Conditioning Bag™” portion as well
as utilizing basic push-ups, chin-ups, squats, walking lunges etc…
and plyometric exercises. The cardio and strength component can also be
formatted with 30 second all out burst of cardio (jumping jacks, sprints…etc)
and 30 seconds of burn out strength sets. Core work including abs and
lower back is essential to build on so a continuous upper/lower abs sequence
and back strengthening exercises are performed before you finish up with
flexibility training.
